Marilyn and her assistant, Gina, provided the highest level of customer service I’ve ever received during a real estate transaction. Marilyn carefully and patiently explained all steps in the process, coached me and advised me. She was able to refer me to other professionals (attorney, financing, carpenter, plumber and insurance agent) all of whom were just as knowledge, diligent and customer focused as Marilyn. Every time we encountered an issue Marily was prompt to come up with options. Specifically, working out an agreed upon close date, negotiating the findings on the home inspection and the repair of items damaged after the final walk through.

And when I neglected to mail the deposit on time and the other broker demanded a drive a check to her office on a Sunday, Marilyn worked with Gina to take care of it. Gina also delivered all of the documents I needed to hold open houses so that I could get my other home rented.
